I've been a Raw customer for many years now and I've seen the business change and blossom more and more. The fabulous Jess does my hair, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Apart from the environment being relaxing, luxurious and a pleasure to be pampered in, all the staff are, and have always been, so lovely to interact with. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel looked after, whether it's the hair wash with always-offered head massage (never say no..) or just getting you a yummy complimentary drink, it's always such an enjoyable experience. Jess is a complete pro, and the only person in the world I would trust to make my hair look fab, which she does every time without fail, along with our regular catch up and love life gossiping. Generally 5 stars all round!
