I've been coming to Salon 16 since I moved here 4 years ago and have always had great service at a good price, I've always come away feeling a million dollars! Ibby is amazing and Kaye has grown in confidence from a young apprentice to a qualified hair expert, and rightly so. Everything she has done for me has been excellent and she's managed to tame my unruly hair. Thank you!
