There was no judgement in my not having had my hair cut for so long! A thoughtful and honest discussion about how much needed cutting off, and suggestions for what would look good, or less good. I completely trusted my stylist and was very happy to take the advise. The hairwash, cut and style was very efficiently done, and I was really pleased with the result. I immediately sought advice on colour and booked the next appointment.
