I have been coming here for a while and I am enjoying every single visit in this salon. Staff is very professional, friendly and prices are reasonable for the quality of service you get. Even when my hair needs doing I still get loads of compliments for them!

Lovely salon, ambiance and staff - but really disappointed with my hair. I was really impressed with the time taken by a member of staff to understand what I was after, so am confused as to why I have left the salon with almost black hair when I had clearly asked to go just one shade darker (I went in with a mid brown hair). I am also unhappy with my fringe. I asked for a fringe trim and showed a picture of how I like to wear it. When cut the stylist parted my hair like curtains and asked if I was happy (why would I ask for a fringe if I’m going to wear it like that?). I tried to show the stylist how I wear it again, and then the stylist proceeded to just push it all to one side. By this point I just wanted to leave. Needless to say, it my fringe now won’t behave in the way I like.

I have had my hair cut at Twentuno salon twice, and both times it was a great experience. The staff are friendly and relaxed, and didn't try to get me to buy products or additional treatments, as many salons often do! They paid attention to what I wanted, and delivered perfectly. The value for the service is also amazing. I highly recommend this salon!
