Demi is a superstar and made me feel really welcome - I usually have a bit of anxiety around going to hair salons as I have never classed myself as a "girly girl" and couldn't remember the last time I had got my hair done! I will be back as soon as my hair needs doing - everyone in there is so friendly - has a proper girl community vibe. <3

Super happy with my rosser copper hairšŸ˜ so natural, thanks sarina. In love with the tones and placement of colours. Gorgeous styling by bev. All the best products used and great advice given. I am always made to feel welcome, these girls go out of there way to make you happy. Lydia looked after me with drinks and a amazing head massagešŸ’†ā€ā™€ļø

Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Went in for my consultation a week ago to see whether Great Lengths are for me. Ended up having 160 bonds fitted today in a full head of 20ā€ extensions and I couldnā€™t be happier. The girls made me feel so welcome on my consultation and spent an hour with me discussing different options and different price ranges. Today I went in for my fitting and was there for 5 and a half hours start to finish and all of the girls made me feel like a million dollars but especially Beverley & Paige who did my fitting and Demi who did my consultation. Endless drinks from Lydia - excellent latte and tea! I canā€™t wait to flip my rapunzel hair back and forth.
