Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that the room temperature did not meet your expectations during your massage, by no means are keeping the rooms cooler deliberately. I'm sure you can appreciate that in a new building we are still finding our feet and trying to balance the temperatures in all the different salon areas. The recent extreme changes in the weather temperatures has not helped this, as one minute its been hot and the next a lot cooler and our heating system takes a good day to adjust to a change in the setting. We are continually monitoring this, until we have the correct balance, keeping our clients comfortable for all treatments. We also have plenty of blankets to keep our clients warm and i'm sure our therapists would of offered you one if you mentioned you were feeling cold. We always want our clients to feel warm and comfortable, so please just ask should this be the case again. In the mean time we will make sure therapists are checking our clients are warm enough. With regard to the massage oil feeling cold, historically we have always heated our oils in the towel warmers, but due to fire safety we have recently been informed that these can not be heated in them as its too dangerous, as a result we now have specialist oil warmers, however due to a delay in the supply of these we only received them last week. We really appreciate your feedback as it is important for us to offer the best service to our clients and although we feel we are already resolving the issues raised, we will also address them in the next team meeting for clarification.
