Always had a good experience visiting flossys. Been to other hairdressers in the past and unless you are young and talk about balayage and fake nails you don't fit in. Here at flossys, they take you as they find you and you don't have to fit into their way, they make you feel relaxed and at ease. My only one niggle is having to lie down to have your hair washed. I'd sooner sit in a chair. Other than that it's 10/10
