I loved my experience at Flossy. Even though had come from a different hairdresser I wasn’t treated any different and felt my custom was really valued. Holly did my hair and I was really put at ease, I was really nervous coming at first because I had been with my previous hairdresser for a long time. But all the girls made me feel welcome. I was offered drinks and magazines while I was waiting in between treatments. Holly was really really knowledgable and talked me through each step and explained what each of the products was for and the benefits it would give my hair. I would absolutely recommended this salon.
