Just returned from my appointment at Flossy and as always I'm really pleased with my hair. Holly is always willing to offer realistic advice and suggestions and has been looking after me for a few years now. All the staff are cheerful, pleasant and professional. A special mention to the young lady who did such a great job of washing my hair, applying the toner and finishing it off with a head massage. Thank you.
