My styling was not what I asked for and was not complementary for me. The colouring the stylist provided has made me look far more grey than I did when I came in to the salon. A lot of my hair which was dark brown is now ashy and silvery grey. I felt as though I explained what I was looking for (some lighter pieces to help grey blend in, and shared a picture) but have left with the top half of my head now mostly ashy while the rest of it is still dark, which makes me look much greyer than I actually am. It’s very difficult to say these things at the salon. As a customer you don’t know what will work and how it will turn out, and once done you feel like you can’t do anything about it. You rely on a stylist being honest and super clear with you upfront about what they can do and are doing - we know you can’t work miracles. And it’s expensive. Going forward could you possibly share some pictures during a consultation of what you can do or recommend for a customer, so both you and the customer are really clear on what effect you will create?

My visit today was amazing, Kasey seems to know my hair and what we can do with it, she has coloured and styled it today and it feels amazing. Love my wee pamper days at Copperfields thank you

I had a disappointing service from a very junior member of staff this afternoon and spoke to both Louise and Yvonne. She did not introduce herself when coming to gown me. I struggled to hear her from behind at the basin. The water at first was stone cold then it scalded my scalp. I noticed she wore plastic gloves - but why not test the water on her elbow - the way we were taught as new mums testing water for a baby? I had to ask her to give extra attention to the nape of my neck which felt soapy. On return to my chair - awaiting Louise - she walked away with no offer of a beverage. I did ask later on and Louise asked for it. But it came well as she was then drying my hair - well after it had been requested. Just felt Alexis?? needs much more help to bring her out of her shell. So, sorry the scores are down today for the first time in years.

I had a lovely pedicure from Alison, she is so friendly and chatty. I will definitely be back, have already booked a facial with Alison.
