Copperfields Hairdressing opened in 1995 with a vision to create a new type of salon that would see highly skilled, creative stylists delivering cutting edge styling and colour techniques to the people of Perth.
Copperfields was to be more than just a haircut; they wanted people to love their visit, to look forward to every appointment and most importantly, for their clients to feel that they were the beating heart of the business.

I had a disappointing service from a very junior member of staff this afternoon and spoke to both Louise and Yvonne. She did not introduce herself when coming to gown me. I struggled to hear her from behind at the basin. The water at first was stone cold then it scalded my scalp. I noticed she wore plastic gloves - but why not test the water on her elbow - the way we were taught as new mums testing water for a baby? I had to ask her to give extra attention to the nape of my neck which felt soapy. On return to my chair - awaiting Louise - she walked away with no offer of a beverage. I did ask later on and Louise asked for it. But it came well as she was then drying my hair - well after it had been requested. Just felt Alexis?? needs much more help to bring her out of her shell. So, sorry the scores are down today for the first time in years.
