The haircut, styling, and diffusing were excellent as always. However, the wash with Karis was a bit too vigorous, and water kept running into my ears, which led to an ear infection. I would prefer if the wash, conditioning, and detangling were done by my chosen stylist in the future

This is the second time that I have been to Texture and know why I waited until I was back in Brixton to get my hair cut – great atmosphere, superb advice and above all a wonderful cut that will hold its shape and make me feel at one with my hair for months and months.

Fantastic service I felt really valued and I loved how Holly took the time to explain every process and give me detailed step by step advice on what products to use on my hair moving forward. This will now be my permanent salon I am excited to see where I will go on this hair journey. So glad I’ve found Texture Salon!

Amazing experience, the team are lovely and took great care of my hair. Also left with a few products and lots more understand about my hair. Will be back again!

I asked Holly for a haircut. She did something different from what I asked. I then explained why it wasn't what I asked for. She said you should have stopped me. I reminded her that I did that. I reexplained what I wanted. She then cut it again - differently again from what I asked. I asked her to put the layers back in. She then proceeded to hack at the hair apparently indiscriminately. Astonishing experience! At one point I looked around for help in explaining what I was asking for. Holly looked at the other woman in the salon and said "she can't help you she's just an assistant"!

Yonkel was really nice and caring with both my hair and me. She explained everything clearly, made me feel super comfortable, and I loved how my hair turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back to her for my next haircut.
