Nothing bad about my previous experience with Texture and sure the next will be just as good. However I paid my deposit over the phone and this made me feel very uncomfortable (as bank scam adverts always tell us you should never do this if someone calls!). I didn’t have time to visit the salon before my appointment. I wish that I was able to pay my deposit when I booked the appointment online - this is even what I expected! But no other complaints!
