I disagree with your cancellation policy and the fees charged. (yes I was made aware) This fee is often used in medical practices etc but it is mostly waived and only implemented on serial offenders who cancel at late notice or fail to attend. Very rarely is it billed. The confirmation message was sent on a friday for a wednesday appointment- this is 5 days in advance, yet if not confirmed apparently i will get billed if I need to change the appointment. I agree it is ok to charge repeat offenders, but maybe rethink your policy for the rest of your clients who are good attendees and may only occassionally need to change their appointments for a legitimate reason. Explain the inconvenience caused to your staff of course, but this is a cost that would usually be absorbed by the business. I do enjoy my appointments. But if I get billed this fee, I wont be returning. Feedback for you to hopefully consider.
