I first went to secrets a few moths ago for the first time. I was new to the area and I noticed this hairdressers whilst doing some shopping. I went in to see if I could get an appointment within a 8-9 days as I was going into hospital for brain surgery and I new it would be a while before i could get it done again. Lizzie was the hairdresser to fit me in and she did my hair beautifully. But not only that we got talking about the previous scars that I had and hoe long it was since my last operation and because she new all of that she had taken so much time with and was so carful when it came to washing my hair, brushing my hair and even blow drying it and she gave me helpful tips on what I could do to help make it easier for me in the future she was fantastic. I went back today for the 2nd time and let’s just say I was having a bad day and my head was a lot more sensitive than normal and she could see that even without me telling her. She washed my hair like you would wash a baby’s hair so gentle and so softly. And even drying it and brushing it she was so carful not cause me any pain. I absolutely not use another hair salon or have any other hairdresser do my bit her she is amazing. Thank you so much And my daughter also had her hair done by Lizzie and an apprentice and she is 11 years old thinking she is 20 years old and it’s the first time I have ever taken her anywhere and she has not complained about something. She loved both hairdressers and was over the moon with her hair. she said she wants to go back again soon. So thank you to everyone at secret hair and beauty xx
