The fact that I have a bit of weight loss,( not on a diet just lost my appetite) does no favours to your body. First your face "droops" then it works it way down your body, face, neck, "curves" bum and then thighs! Well dear Steph is sorting out the face by plumping up the hollows. And it works!! Lifts the drooping cheeks. (Forgotten name of product) Now on Steph's advice on how to put on weight healthily will start today. She really gives sensible advice. Trust her totally which does matter so much. She looks amazing after following her diet plan. Could never go anywhere else. My point is that it does pay to have a good diet but never over do it we all need that rounded look. Being quite tall I want some curves not looking like Popeye's girlfriend !
