Today I visited to have only a simple refresh.. a toner and face frame. The treatment was fine, would have liked abit more advice on what would look good to improve my hair colour and a few extra along the hair line at the sides but no major complaints. I only had a rough dry but was still changed for a blow dry. My disappointment came from the staff they were so cold, blunt and couldn’t of looked less happy to be there. Not one of them smiled, made chit chat or was friendly. This was my appointment before my wedding and I came out feeling so low and flat. Last time I had my hair done with Jacqui she was so friendly and chatty and kind and it couldn’t have been more opposite.

Cannot fault the cut my daughter recieved or any of the amazing staff there. We are made to feel welcome every visit and especially my eldest daughter who has special needs. The ladies at the salon always patient and understanding with her. A++

After having tape extensions done in London that just weren’t lasting, I started seeing Shannon for my refits and have no issues with losing any tapes. So very happy with my hair every time and she’s super lovely too!
