First time at the salon, drove past numerous times and wanted to give the salon a try. I booked in with Jacqui. She was very professional and provided good advice and recommendations. Was very patient with me being indecisive. The only reason the service dropped a point is due to the fact I didn't receive a consultation before having my hair washed, especially being a new client. But overall a great experience and will be visiting again.

I’ve always struggled to find a salon where I walk away feeling a little underwhelmed. Shannon was able to achieve exactly what I wanted and asked plenty of questions. I felt very comfortable and loved the entire feel to the salon and will be using thing salon from now on. Super professional and personable.

I think you should introduce a new hair cutting option. Trim. So as an example I am trying to grow my hair, I don’t want a restyle cut or a full cut, I just want what I would describe as a trim & tidy, cutting the least hair off just to maintain the look at the back of my bob haircut. I don’t want to pay £35 for a ten second snip to the knape of the neck, so I will go without, if it was £15 it would be more appealing. I don’t understand when iam already there why this option could not be available if booking in for a tint or blow dry as the stylist at is already dealing with you. In a cost of living crisis I think this is a great option to have available to your clients.

I visited the salon today & left very happy as always, I have many treatments carried out at hair of dreams and I'm always impressed by the service I receive! All the girls are fantastic at what they do. Thank you again!
