First time at the salon, drove past numerous times and wanted to give the salon a try. I booked in with Jacqui. She was very professional and provided good advice and recommendations. Was very patient with me being indecisive. The only reason the service dropped a point is due to the fact I didn't receive a consultation before having my hair washed, especially being a new client. But overall a great experience and will be visiting again.
