My friend recommended Ellie so I booked in with her weeks in advance to get my hair coloured and cut. After my hair wash I was told another girl was cutting my hair and she did a good job but didn’t seem as confident. My hair is hard to work with and so I booked in with Ellie as my friend has similar hair. I’ve been going to another hair dresser for years but it takes me a long time to get there so it was kind of a leap of faith to book in with someone new. Today was the first day that Ellie was free to do both so I was sure I had booked with her for both. I did mentioned to the other stylist that I didn’t book in with two different people and she just said ‘oh sorry’ and seemed offended. I didn’t mean any offence at all but as I had intentionally booked with Ellie because she was recommended it would have been good to communicate if there needed to be a change. I’m really happy with the colour.
