Aromatherapy massage with Tamara is excellent as she is very knowledgeable about oils and works back and shoulder tissue very deeply. I love the bowl of frankincense which is placed under the face on the massage bed - a luxurious, therapeutic touch.

My usual masseuse having left, I had a new girl. VEry different - she asked if I wanted my legs done and since I have sore achilles I said yes, and her treatment was lovely. Re the usual back, she spent alot of time just sweeping her hands over and along my back/arms and less time on specific "sore spots". To be fair I didn't say anything as I wanted to see how I felt at the end and her lack of attention to specific spots was sort of evened out by the rigorousness of the overall process - hard/firm but I liked it. Just a different person/approach to massage but still very good.

I was booked in for a back massage but changed to a facial as an old shoulder fracture injury flared up. However, Tamara insisted on working on it. I wasn't sure as I couldn't move my arm and it had been put in a sling and I had been given codeine. Tamara's physiological knowledge enabled her to work on my shoulder joint and arm. It felt immediately better and five days later, I was completely pain free with almost full movement. She worked on it again the following weekend. Her massage techniques are very thorough and deep. I am in no discomfort now. I also had a wonderful facial! Tamara has given me beneficial dietary advice for my joints.

The salon was so hot today and axyually caused me to become unwell and I almost fainted which was very unpleasant for me. My beautician was however very kind and helpful and I would thouroughly Rex comes her. This was lucky as otherwise I would probably not come here again. Having a treatment should be a relaxing experience and I really didn’t get this today.

I had a mum to be treatment. I felt totally relax, comfortable and I’m good professional hands. I would highly recommend to friends and family for a bit of “me time”
