I got my root touch up done, the actual colour applying and advise at the start was good I was happy with it and I was happy with the colour aswell, but the blow dry service was not good at all, she just dried my hair the way I would do it home it was not a proper blow dry at all she didn’t ask how I wanted my hair to be blow dried either no product was applied of my hair before drying to keep the hair smooth. It felt like it just went to get my root colour put on and that’s all. I think you guys need to atleast blow dry the customers hair nicely rather than just blasting the hair dry and that’s all
