I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for 7 years, i’ve always had amazing results & recommender to my friends& family. After today’s experience i was left sobbing at work. I had asked the lady to do my eyebrows as usual. First she did them they were not what i asked for so i told her to make it straighter and thin it a LITTLE bit. I have naturally thick eyebrows. I usually always thin a LITTLE bit. Now she has gone and got rid of nearly half of them and stated it was one strand. I’ve been here for 7 years and this has never happened. I was not impressed & she stated it was me who asked for this when i didn’t. I am unhappy and showed her how my eyebrows usually look after i get them waxed and slightly thin and there is a massive difference - she said it’s because i have makeup on however i NEVER fill in my eyebrows as they are THICK. This has left me very unhappy as i am a loyal customer and she didn’t do much. My friend rung up and she offered a free tint however i do not require a tint because my eyebrows are dark. I am very close to leaving a google review but i have had amazing service from staff such as sadia, anam & maryam. Please let me know how you will resolve this and reimburse me for my eyebrows. I am ashamed to look at anyone
