Hannah was lovely however I am disappointed with the quality of treatment. For £90 I would expect a better standard of work. I was really looking forward to this today, as a mum Of 3 young children I rarely get time like this for some much needed pampering and I didnt leave the cove feeling relaxed or happy with what id paid for. Like I say Hannah is lovely and this is nothing reflecting on her as a person or customer service provider. I know I was 10/15 minutes late for my appointment, which I was told is ok as the next person had cancelled. And I would've understood if time had been deducted because of it, however I was in there for over 3 hours and its not reflective in the end result. My flip flops were put on after my toes were painted so as a result they got smudged when putting shoes over the nails. I left there with wet nails which then in turn got more smudged. There was alot of time taken up in the treatment just sitting there wearing heated boots/gloves, I had to shuffled around and dangle my legs into a half filled plug in foot spa, rinse the hand scrub off myself in a small bowl of water, I had to wait for her to go and turn the heating on to pour hot water, and then again to turn it off,the nails arnt completely covered and can still see remenance of my previous nail varnish. There was still rememnance of a nail and varnish from im guessing the previous person in the cuticle cutting equipment! I had to ask for the varnish to be moved closer to the nail bed for the hands which I understand there's only so close it can go but it was barely covering the nail. I'm not a picky person at all but I'm very disappointed in this and for my first visit and impression of the Cove I can honestly say I would not recommend and wouldn't return. I think a partial refunded should be issued. I would also like to send more pictures but this only allows you to send 1. Many thanks

I have been coming here for many years and yes it has changed. The salon is much quieter plus new faces but I still love coming here as its local plus every member of staff is so professional and looks after me very well. I love to come here and be pampered - Keep up the good work guys x

I have been attended this salon for well over 5 years , through two different ownership changes and covid ! When Lavender and Stone took over the business they invested in the interior and had a loyal team of staff. I had all my treatments with the same lady for many years. I did not attend the salon for at least 18 months during covid . A few months ago I went to have a pedicure , it was terrible , the lady did not know what she was doing , she was really slow at completing the treatment and worse of all, my toes were sore for weeks from the way she had cut my nails.The painting of the nails was awful with gaps and bumps ( I did complain afterwards) . On my way out the lovely receptionists reminded me that I still had treatments remaining from the packages I had bought sometime ago. Today I went to the salon to use two of them a facial and a wax. At the end I was told I would need to pay as my prepaid packages had expired at the end of 2021. When I said I had not been notified I was told it was on the website! Eventually after a call to the owners I was told todays treatments would be honoured but not the remainder of my packages ( around £80 of treatments ). The salon itself is starting to look tatty and has not been invested in. The lady who did my treatments today was lovely but not the lady I booked. Also the facial was very nice but totally different than the one I had booked or had previously , shorter and not the same experience . I won't be back . It a shame as I try and stay loyal to local businesses , maybe that the problem its now owned by a bigger group.

Amazing experience like always. Girls are so nice to me and always look after me. Leah is so kind and welcoming front of house and Megan and Charlotte are great therapist. I always leave feeling much better. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
