I have been coming here for many years and yes it has changed. The salon is much quieter plus new faces but I still love coming here as its local plus every member of staff is so professional and looks after me very well. I love to come here and be pampered - Keep up the good work guys x

A wonderful treatment. I have had massages with lots of different therapists at many different salons and Naomi is one of the best, if not the best. The salon itself is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Rooms have a peaceful ambience which is important. There is plenty of parking nearby. Naomi is able to deliver a treatment which is the perfect balance between being therapeutic and also relaxing; her technique is excellent. She asks about problem areas but is also able to detect problem areas during the massage without me saying anything. She uses absolutely the correct amount of oil - neither too much nor too little - and she takes care to wipe off excess oil after the massage to prevent staining of clothes etc. The whole experience also feels unrushed which is due to Naomi's care and technique. Overall, a blissful experience!

An excellent treatment. The salon is clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff are very welcoming, particularly the manager Alice. The therapist went beyond expectation and delivered an outstanding swedish massage - it was both very therapeutic and also relaxing.

I recently treated myself to a facial, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance was serene and welcoming, setting the tone for relaxation the moment I walked in. Julie was highly skilled, explaining every step of the process and tailoring the treatment to my skin's unique needs.

I had my first Guinot facial with Julie, she made me feel very relaxed and it was a great pleasure. I have had many facials before but this was the most enjoyable and relaxing. I also had waxing and brow tint and even the waxing was enjoyable. Thanks for a great relaxing experience Julie.
