Comment
This was my first visit to you, when I booked on the phone explained I wanted a firm massage. Therapist was very nice but massage was far too soft, was not asked if the pressure was ok during the treatment so did not have the opportunity to ask. Also for a full body massage once turned over arms, neck and shoulders were not treated? Very expensive for a treatment at £75 so was expecting this to be amazing but unfortunately was not. I was looking for a new salon but unfortunately with these prices and treatment , I will not be returning.
