Really lovely atmosphere; calm, relaxing and professional, but also warm, welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable team, tailoring treatment to individual customer needs, as well as giving good follow on advice It is always a pleasure to come here and we are lucky to have them here in Kew. And as for "would I recommend them to friends and family"...I already have! Several times over!
