I asked for a tan coloured lash tint 2 shades darker than normal eyebrows. I now have 2 very dark brows which stand out in my face which is pale. The tan tint did not appear to be used but rather dark brown. Please listen to your customers when they explain colour required.

My treatment today was great and the young lady was very nice however when asked if I would like an eye mask during my tint I think it should have been pointed out the cost would be in addition to what I had booked to have done. As I had just had a lovely hand massage I thought the mask for my eyes was also complimetary.

It would be appreciated if points could be used on the weekends because as a full-time worker, that is the only time I am able to visit the salon.
