I had an eyebrow wax and tint when I left the salon I had to pull over in my car and put cream on my eyebrows and then put makeup on as my eyes were really stinging . Normally this is done before I leave your salon . I was offered some cream to purchase but at 100$ was a little out of my price range. But all in all I’ve been coming to this salon for many years so it’s all okay .

I've been there a number of times over the years and your music drives me nuts. Try something less cosmic and more varied. Otherwise, the quality of the experience is great

I am satisfied of your stuff and the person who did my eyelashes extension. But overall For the value of money I am not satisfied. I expected for the sometimes which you named it Dramatic eyelashes, I received something more and better as a result.

overall the service and treatment was exceptional. My only feedback would be that it was a bit cold in the massage room which made it hard to fully relax.

I came today and received a lip and chin wax and a leg wax. It wasn’t until I got in the car that I noticed a few hairs on my chinline had not been fully removed. In hindsight it would have been good to have been asked to check the chin and lip work in a mirror in case any had been missed. I am only saying this because we pay a decent amount for the service and as a client you want to go away fully satisfied. Everything else about today’s work was fine.
