Mary was really professional and friendly. I felt so relaxed after my facial, she did the best neck,back,arm and hand massage too.i asked her to be careful of my newly pierced ears and she was. The only thing she could have done better was warn me when the LED knight was going to come on but that's relatively minor and didn't detract from the overall feeling of my experience.
