I asked for a curly blowdry, but the stylist jsut straightened my hair. She was very short and rude during the consultation, and did not communicate what she was doing or listen to what I asked for. It's really disappointing because my family and I have been coming to CCs for years. I was then overcharged at the till and luckily another stylist (Brandon) realised that we were overcharged. Lizzy did not check at the end whether I was happy with the style or give the opportunity for me to feedback so she could curl my hair as requested. I came to get my hair done for prom and this has really ruined my evening.

Very friendly staff. Delighted with my new hairstyle - thank you Brandon. Only one thing concerns me and that is my card number being printed in full on the receipt. Would prefer if just the last couple of digits appeared like the receipts I get from transactions in other shops.
