Barber was great, haircut was really good. But we had a really poor experience actually getting into our appointment, It was as if our booking was ignored or misread, despite me saying several times we'd booked online. Barber apologised when he realised the mistake they'd made and due to us running out of time we left with a really lovely dry cut.

I arrived on time and was shown to a seat by a receptionist. A hairdresser then asked me to got to the sink to have my hair washed. She didn't say which sink and left me standing waiting to know where to go. A minute or two later she returned and pointed to a sink. The hair wash itself was nice. She then took me to a different seat to where I had been shown earlier and announced someone would be with me shortly. Meanwhile I sat. I watched another hairdresser sweep up the floor and disappear out the back. Shortly she returned and I found out that she was to style my hair. All was ok from there. When I went to pay I was surprised at the charge of £32 as I'm sure I don't usually pay that much! I'm 69 years old and use the hairdressers for all my trims. I realise that this time I had a wet cut. I couldn't see a price list anywhere to see if I was there on a more expensive day or whether seniors had any discounts. I rang my sister who had just been to the hairdressers in Higham Ferrers and paid £15 for a wet cut. I'd be interested to know why there is such a huge difference in price and am I a mug for sticking with you?

Did not have a good experience this time the lady who cut my hair did not listen to what I wanted properly cut my hair at the back much to short came out looking like a man

Confused as to being charged £100 for root touch up and a few foils when previously had a full head cover plus more foils for low lights , not impressed this time with low lights as barely visible , previous time experience no issues came away happy and paid £105 Feel a bit ripped of this time
