Everyone was pleasant and friendly but the lady who cut my hair did not explain why she was doing what she was doing. She straightened my hair, cut it and then left it. I walked in looking lovely in need of a hair cut and walked out looking as if I was a school girl who just had a trim. Going to the hairdressers should be a make over experience, you walk out feeling good, glamorous. I felt ridiculous. I would never return and would never recommend to anyone. I am sorry these comments seem harsh but that's what I felt. Value for money, no. I sat in my car and cried.
