I have not been to the hairdressers, since before christmas, as my previous hairdresser, moved to Yorkshire. I am very anxious when it comes to using a new hairdresser, as I have had a few disasters, making me afraid to try a new one. Today, Sophie cut my hair into a bob.my hair was well past my shoulders, today I had a short bob cut, and I am so so happy with it. I feel younger and my hair feels so much healthier. Thank you Sophie thank you all, as you are all so kind and so encouraging. Looking forward to my next visit.

Everyone was pleasant and friendly but the lady who cut my hair did not explain why she was doing what she was doing. She straightened my hair, cut it and then left it. I walked in looking lovely in need of a hair cut and walked out looking as if I was a school girl who just had a trim. Going to the hairdressers should be a make over experience, you walk out feeling good, glamorous. I felt ridiculous. I would never return and would never recommend to anyone. I am sorry these comments seem harsh but that's what I felt. Value for money, no. I sat in my car and cried.

Treated my daughter to a haircut for her birthday, she got exactly what she asked for and came home absolutely overjoyed said they'd offered her a drink or snack and made her feel really special. Kerry was chatty and polite throughout and made a teenage girlie's birthday! Thanks so much
