I would prefer to have the qualified hairdresser deal with me throughout the visit. I don’t enjoy having a junior blow drying my hair when I’ve booked the appointment with the pro. I appreciate that juniors need to practice but that is not what I booked. (Sorry!)

Our juniors are trained to an extremely high standard and they do help us out when we're busy. However, if you let us know next time you visit that you would prefer the hairdresser you're booked in with to do the blow drying we will be more than happy to accommodate that for you. as always visiting Ronald Master's in Long Eaton is pure joy, all the staff there are gorgeous ladies and cant do enough for you. Laura is fantastic at making your hair aspirations a reality. nothing is too much trouble. i would highly recommend anyone to visit their salon thank you ladies xxx
