This salon in Bourne end had drastically gone down hill in the last two years. I booked two appointments but they told me the wrong time so only had time for one. I had called in the morning to leave a message but they said they didn’t have time to listen. When I arrived they weren’t alologetic at all. The receptionist just said it was her first day and oh well. I had a rushed fa idk for £75. No expert advice whatsoever a d to top it off I got a text a week later for an appointment I’d not made. All in all not very relaxing and no quality experience.
