Probably not the best day to go, wintry and cold and this did reflect itself in the salon - it was freezing in the reception and main areas, albeit the treatment room was warm via a heater which actually then got too warm!! Having said that, Sharna did a wonderful pedicure treatment, she was efficient and informative. So based on that, I left feeling I'd had a good customer journey. The heating though does need reviewing!!

The salon needs a massive refurb, it is very rundown and quite grubby looking. The staff are lovely but it must be disheartening to work here. I have been coming here for over 10 years and am sad to see the decline.

Treatment and everything else was great my only downside was I could hear some lot of noise from the reception area what I was in the treatment room.

Unfortunately the day I attended there was a flood outside the building so I had to take my socks and shoes off to get in (had to wade barefoot through 3 - 4 ins of water) so this did detract from the experience but this was nothing to do with The Cove. Flood was across the road outside. Lucky it didn't actually go in the premises! Would have been nice to have been told the name of the masseur. Slightly overpriced. £75, would have expected this treatment to be between £60 and £65. Hot Lava Shells. Walls are very thin so you can hear anything being said in rooms next to you - this detracts from you being able to fully relax and float into a world of relaxation
