Aisha who normally works out of the Beaconsfield site was thankfully at Bourne End today and did a fantastic deep Tissue massage. She asked if the pressure was okay and then did an excellent thorough massage. Getting rid of knots too - thank you 10/10. I have now had 3 massages at the Cove and sadly I have never had the same experience which is why I may be reluctant to book. Last times the massage have not been deep enough eventhough I always request this. Staff turnover seems to be high as I never see the same person, they have moved on. I have been for waxing too and again never the same face which is sad as you can’t get a rapport up with the staff. The environment is clean but lacks light and ambiance - bit run down behind the back. The customer toilet also not that inspiring. Feels like Bourne End cove could do with sone love.
