Comment
The salon is very tired, and in need of some TLC. Also, small point but gives an overall impression of lack of cleanliness, the soap dispensers in the toilet are pretty disgusting and need a good clean. The staff are lovely however. Having been a customer for many many years, I think the biggest thing is lack of continuity of staff, there are always people leaving, new people joining etc. Some are better than others, so feel I am constantly trying to find the best one for my treatments.
