I felt that £50 for a 25 -30 minute massage treated was really far too expensive. The massage was ok but certainly not what I anticipated in quality or length for the price. Not value for money in my opinion.

We purchased a block of massages sometime ago, we have been unable to access them in a timely manner & have had to transfer to another branch which is not convenient at all as there was no one to do massage. Parking is a significant issue. The room was very cold which is not good enough at all.

Had my eyebrows and lashes tinted and it was not as pleasant an experience as in other salons. The dye was burning in my eyes and I was worried that my eyes would swell up. Also, the dye guards were not placed correctly and I came out of the salon with purple panda eyes. Luckily I was going straight home and was able to scrub most of the dye off my lids and lower eyes. Would not go again.

I had a gel removal during which the therapist removed layers of my nail along with the gel despite me telling her that my nails needed a long time to soak to initially soften the gel. At the end of the procedure, my nails have been left very rough & covered in the dry dust. They were not washed & there was no option to have nail oil or even hand cream applied. Very disappointing service.

Lisa who did my pedicure was very thoughtful but sadly the whole place looks in need of some TLC. The chair I had my pedicure in was SO uncomfortable, I had to sit on the edge to put my foot on the therapists knee! Sorry but won’t be going back!
