The facials seemed rushed. I had asked for the same therapist on the phone when I booked but was not given, nor was I given the special discount offer that I called for! The new therapist did not do a good job - I now have some black spots/patches due to incorrect facial treatment or too much of the steam!

Although the young girl that treated me was lovely , she was clearly inexperienced, which again is not a reflection on her but of the quality of the spa, the building is quite shabby and not spotless which I would expect for a beauty salon, the price of treatments are far too high for the quality of the treatments, unfortunately it was a lot of money for a very basic care package

I had the treatment for red veins - it was extremely painful, but halfway through the the treatment the device stopped working and then worked intermittently. I have sadly seen no difference to the treated area at all, so am not convinced that it has worked in the slightest. A waste of £50!

Because I had a voucher I would told I was no longer eligible to the discount that was given to everyone else who booked in January. I felt conned and would not have come in the salon if I didn’t have a voucher. The massage was not worth £85, one of the shells used during it didn’t seem to be working, it wasn’t the luxurious, relaxing experience that I’ve had else where.

This was my first visit to the salon and I will not be returning. The treatment room was filthy and the therapists chair was ripped. there was no bin in the room so paper towels etc were just thrown on the floor by the therapist. The walls were dirty, scuffed and damaged

Constructive feedback - not intended to be critical or rude. The therapist that did my treatment was friendly but seemed nervous and unsure about each step. There was a bit of stop start at the beginning. The flannels were also cold for the double cleanse so my skin didn’t really get a good deep clean. The therapist’s massage technique was really excellent and she became more confident as the treatment went on but even with the discounted rate, it didn’t feel value for money because of the overall experience. Also, the therapist didn’t use any products or techniques on my top lip? The rest of my face does look quite glowy by my top lip is dry and untreated. I think with some more confidence building, she will be great. But I wouldn’t return to the salon unfortunately.
