Another absolutely excellent haircut from Rhys Giles, in his exquisite salon with his wonderfully warm and professional team around him. Right from booking the appointment upfront, then visiting Rhys's luxurious and sophisticated salon, through to the exceptional care with which Rhys listened to my requirements and then delivered them to the letter, every aspect of this experience was a genuine pleasure. Then, when I checked-out, Rhys and his team had already familiarised themselves with my payment history and discovered that when I'd booked two earlier appointments (which I couldn't attend due to ill health) two deposits had been debited from my Credit Card, meaning, therefore, that there was nothing else to pay for this morning's superb haircut. If only all businesses were this careful, diligent and honest! Initially,I was gobsmacked by this revelation and, yet, I should not have been because this level of business integrity and expert hair-cutting are just two of the positive reasons that I and many, many other customers keep returning to Rhys and his salon in droves: if only all businesses provided this level of integrity, care and professionalism.
