Rhys Giles Hairdressing perfectly trod the line between professional and friendly. This is a difficult balance but from the moment of arrival at the salon until exiting, both staff members behaved with great warmth and total professionalism. The blond lady who welcomed me was a pleasure to talk with - entertaining, knowledgeable and sophisticated and, almost before I could sit down, an excellent cup of coffee and a glass of iced water appeared at my side. Jody (sorry, Jody, if I have misspelled your name) was an excellent washer and first-rate cutter. Again, she listened closely to my explanation of how I wanted my hair to be cut - and cut it in exactly the way I'd outlined: it was perfect. I've lost count of the number of hairdressers to whom I explained what I wanted done but who, then, cut it exactly how THEY wanted to do it. Jody's skill and style meant that she gave me exactly the cut I'd suggested. Additionally, she was a highly intelligent and articulate young lady and we had an interesting chat. On leaving, Jody not only gave me a lovely Rhys Giles branded chocolate (After Eight sized) but, having mentioned that my wife was waiting for me in the main foyer, Jody also produced another wrapped chocolate for her. All who know me would agree that I have high and exacting standards, so it's wonderful to have my standards not only met but exceeded! Many thanks Rhys Giles Hairdressing - I'll be back!

I have been having my hair done with Danni for over 2 years now. I really like how my colour and cut is consistently of a high standard. I trust Danni with my hair and know I won't be disappointed when I leave the salon. The salon atmosphere is always friendly, happy and spotless.
