My hairdresser was lovely , very lovely to chat to and honest. Really quick service and explained everything on the way. The extra price of treatment could have been mentioned beforehand but overall very good,

Yesterdays experience was very good but there has been the odd occasion I have felt that a little bit more trouble could have been taken. Have felt that perhaps the older client not so important as the younger client.

My stylist was fantastic. My first cut in a year and Eugenie was considerate and non judgemental at my attempts with my hair. I love the cut and she made me feel valued. However, I have marked down the experience overall from 10 to an 8 due to the frosty greeting and handling of me as a customer by the receptionist.
