My stylist was fantastic. My first cut in a year and Eugenie was considerate and non judgemental at my attempts with my hair. I love the cut and she made me feel valued. However, I have marked down the experience overall from 10 to an 8 due to the frosty greeting and handling of me as a customer by the receptionist.

Website booking system is very glichy, not very user friendly and is the area that needs the most improvement. When searching for appointments, not all availability is shown (if you change the search slightly you can get different appointment slots appear even though covered by same search), the booking history/amendment section doesn't work and the pricing is wrong.
