Website booking system is very glichy, not very user friendly and is the area that needs the most improvement. When searching for appointments, not all availability is shown (if you change the search slightly you can get different appointment slots appear even though covered by same search), the booking history/amendment section doesn't work and the pricing is wrong.

Jade is just wonderful, and has always given the best advise on how to take care of my hair. She is also very good at telling what needs to be done when I go to have my cut, and I am always happy with the result. Thank you
