Always have good experiences. Staff are always helpful. I always have compliments from friends etc about the cut and colouring.

I love the new décor but the horizontal hair wash with massage, wow. This has always been a problem with me due to neck problems but with a reclining massage chair it's an very pleasurable experience. Other nice touches include somewhere to hang your handbag and USB sockets at every station, not to mention the frothy coffee.
