Before we opened as Snip It hair salon we did some research into what people thought made a good salon. There were many factors that seemed to come out of the exercise. Price, quality, time and customer satisfaction. We based the structure of our salon on exactly what you, our potential clients want.
Price was the main item that presented itself to us. If the price wasn’t affordable, there would be little to no chance that people would choose to use our salon. Every penny does count, just because we are offering the service, doesn’t mean that we don’t know how that feels. We are consumers elsewhere ourselves and we love a bargain. Because of this we decided to create offers that would be implemented throughout the year and the price list itself is competitive not just in Selsey, but throughout West Sussex. Having the right products and a high level of service was what ‘quality’ was established to be. Many informed us of their hair horror stories created by substandard products. We have never faltered on delivering effective results. Your hair is just as important to us, as it is to you. To achieve what we want, we need healthy hair and happy customers. Continued customer loyalty is more important than saving money on a low range products line. Our colours, shampoos, conditioners, hair care treatments, perms, hairdryers, heated brushes, tongs and straighteners have all been thoroughly tested before securing them for use in the salon. As for our service, we are very happy to say we have glowing reviews, our stylists are fantastic people. Our opening times are flexible as we understand lots of people work a variety of different hours. We have put in place the option to ask for ‘after hours’ appointments and if our stylists can achieve this, they will ensure we will stay open for you.
The shop itself has been a salon for over 40 years and we plan to keep it that way. It seems to work, not only for our customers and the surrounding residents, but for businesses around East Beach as well. We hope to see you soon!

Kerrie as always has done a brilliant job with my hair, she is very friendly and bubbly and always makes you feel welcome. The new apprentice Olivia is lovely as well and a very good shampooist. I will definitely be going back
