It was nice to visit a salon where the hairdresser was actually interested in what I wanted as opposed to what they wanted to do, time was taken to cut my hair and I did not feel rushed in any way, advice was given for my hair which I valued, very excited to go back for my colour.

This is quite a small and intimate space. It is decorated with style and overall, it was a pleasant environment, if a little cramped and noisy, with three stylists working The stylists clearly have regular customers but, as a new customer, I did not feel uncomfortable and the stylist who worked with me had a great manner; not overly chatty, but pleasant and helpful. Her advice was spot on and so was her work. I can see why they have won awards, but their commitment to a positive welcome for a real mix of clients was what really impressed me as a first time visitor.
