As mention to Paul my complaint was about the booking for my nails I sat from 5-30 with my nails soaking off until about 6-15pm I asked had they forgotten me I was told nobody there to do my nails. after numerous calls they managed to get Donna out & she treated me very professionally as she wasnt booked to do them! I also pointed out that on my first visit to the shop I was kept wAiting quite a while & as this was only shellac fingers my apt was 7pm & it was 8-50 pm when I got home. Which I thought was too long to just do nails which usually only take less than an hour! I was prepared to come Again then this happened! I was quite upset.by tonight's issue as was going on Hol 1st thing thurs am I hope that you can speak to the person Involved so it doesn't happen again I await your reply Gloria yates

Shellac was not smooth on a few nails compared to the other 8 times I have had Shellac done at dermal spa. This was after I had had to ask for the top coat to be put on.

The massage room was lovely and the therapist very good. The therapy room looked a bit like a storage cupboard there was a lot of noise and chat outside the room which was a bit distracting. The hour massage was under 40 minutes, a little shorter than I anticipated.

Booked appointment online had to wait 35 mins for appointment. Salon very busy, no explanation or drink offered. Had waxing treatment - plastic/rubber cover on bed no paper towel laid on top looked grubby and did not feel that hygenic - salon is great for nails - good value but will go elsewhere for waxing. Thanks.

Was disappointed that the beautition I booked with was not available. I have no complaints about the person who was available.

I think your salon could do with a refurb it isn't comfy or a warming place to have treatments and I had my brows tinted and had to lie on a horrible plastic sheet.
